While in Cincinnati, Ohio, Eric surprised Carly with fake dinner plans at Ruth Chris to get her downtown on the riverfront. They had a little time to spare before these “dinner reservations”. They decided to walk through the Smale Riverfront Park. As Carly wondered through the labyrinth, Eric called Carly over to him and asked her to marry him! In complete surprise and disbelief, Carly answered “Yes!”. The surprises weren’t over yet. Carly and Eric were greeted by family on the upper balcony at the Moerlein Lager House to celebrate!

I had the opportunity to met Carly and Eric at Ault Park for their summer engagement session. We spent the warm evening, strolling the park and chatting about their upcoming wedding at The Fives in Columbus. I am so excited to get Carly and Eric back in front of my camera in October!
